Part Time Administrative Assistant: Main focus of this position is to help out with filing / processing paperwork, following up with customers, and may need to travel to customer locations. Responsibilities may vary depending on the needs of the company.

- Ability to calmly work with different types of people who have varying personalities
- Able to multi task and take on multiple projects at the same time
- Common sense, which is sound judgment without needing specialized knowledge in a specific field
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Must be able to communicate effectively on the phone and also written correspondence such as letters or emails
- Ability to use and experience with computers, scanners, and printers
- Speaks and writes english fluently
Hours: The maximum number of hours per week will be 19 hours. You will need to have a set schedule, however the specific times and days which you work can be flexible. For example, if you have another job, school or other responsibilities such as taking or picking kids up from school, we may be able to set your work schedule based on this. You will be required to have availability to work on Saturday / Sunday.
This position is part time and does not qualify for benefits such as medical, paid time off, FMLA, etc.
